Set design Unter Uns, 2024

In Unter Uns (german for: below us, among us), the audience explores the hidden worlds of the ground as a living treasure in an experimental theatrical experience. The scenography consists of an inflatable shell that takes up the entire performance space, making the outside world disappear. Inside the shell, visitors encounter an expansive, sounding and vibrating floor that invites them to lie down and listen to it. The floor is covered with a huge patchwork of carpet, where rough and textured areas alternate with soft and cosy ones, adding a tactile dimension to the experience.
